Lisa's passion for bringing people, processes, and creative projects together has shaped a career spanning more than 15 years across advertising, broadcast production, client services, and event management. With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University and a diploma in Sport & Event Marketing from George Brown Polytechnic, she has built a reputation as a collaborative leader who thrives on creating structure, solving problems, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Throughout her career, Lisa has worked with some of Canada's leading advertising agencies as a Senior Talent and Traffic Manager, partnering closely with clients, account teams, creatives, production teams and media partners to bring integrated broadcast and digital campaigns to life.
Lisa also founded and operated an event management business for nearly a decade, leading the planning and execution of highly customized weddings and special events. Managing every aspect of the client journey strengthened her commitment to service excellence, relationship building, and delivering memorable experiences.
Today, as Senior Manager, Customer Success at Storyboard, Lisa combines operational expertise with a client-first mindset to help organizations maximize the value of their partnership. She is passionate about building trusted relationships, creating seamless experiences, and helping clients achieve lasting success.
